Overview

DocuDirector allows you to add, modify or delete information about companies or the user profile itself.

In the index on the left you can access any of its sections. We can directly access the companies that are managed with the DocuDirector program; we can also modify the profile or access the documents tab.

This tab allows you to have all the necessary legal documentation at hand with very easy access and in all types of formats.

As you can see, in this tab you can view and download all the documents of an employee, for example: a contract, documents or documentation related to their job.

This index will offer you a much more visual and didactic way of working. This will allow you to have the documents in order and to have access to them at any time by searching in the folder or subfolders that interest you. Here you can see how the documents you have placed in the corresponding folders will look like.
